Mike Davidson moved to Terlingua, Texas in 1977 as co-founder of legendary river outfitter Far Flung Adventures. For the next 25 years, Mike guided professionally not only in Big Bend, but also New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, California, and several locations in Mexico.

Mike started Big Bend Texas Travel / Go Big Bend to offer a different way of seeing Big Bend, in comfort with expert interpretation of the fascinating history, geology, flora and fauna of the region.
