The cost for Texas River Music 2023 is $950 per person for Guy Forsyth October 6-8, $1250 for Butch Hancock and Jimmie Dale Gilmore October 13-15 (sold out), $975 for Rich Brotherton and Patrick Byrne October 20-22, and $975 for Patrice Pike October 27-29. PLUS 8.25% state and local sales taxes. Once you are ready to book, a $200 per person deposit will reserve your space with the balance due 30 days in advance of the trip of your choice. We accept deposit payment via Venmo, or by credit card with a digital invoice via PayPal. We are happy to take a personal check for balances due after Labor Day, 2023.

Texas River Music Canyons of Big Bend Deposits and Cancellations
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel with more than 90 days notice, $175 is refundable. If cancellation is between 90 and 60 days in advance of trip departure, $150 is refundable. If cancellation is less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to trip departure, $100 is refundable. Balances are due 30 days in advance of departure day, any cancellation after that time forfeits the entire deposit. If the trip is cancelled by the artist or Go Big Bend, the entire deposit will be gladly refunded.
We understand that there may be unavoidable contingencies, we encourage you to discuss those in advance with Mike Davidson. We try to be flexible, especially if we can fill the cancelled place on the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not cancel for weather. We go rain or shine, and we will help you prepare for any conditions that might we might encounter. The dates for Texas River Music are planned when we can expect some of the best weather of the year. But: Climate is what we expect; weather is what we get!
